Refund Policy
GetMyStartup.com takes the utmost care to process consultancy, advisory, brokerage, services & mediation as per the instructions given by our clients, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous payment or if the client would like to cancel his services, GetMyStartup.com will respond to the client within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the client. The timely refund of the payment will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The client will have to send GetMyStartup.com a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the payment to GetMyStartup.com Office or email to hey@getmystartup.com along with-
- Completely filled Refund Application Form. Click here to Download.
- Proof of the deduction of the payment amount.
- In cases where the payment receipt has already been issued to the client, the client will have to return the original receipt to us at our office addresses.
- However, in case of a valid refund request due to any error on com part, GetMyStartup.com will refund the payment and bear the costs of the same.
- International payment will need minimum 15 days for the refund process.
